De belangrijkste ecosysteemdiensten van Klein Cura\u00e7ao omvatten de veerkracht tegen orkanen die wordt geboden door gezonde koraalriffen, het belang van zeegrasbedden en mangroven, de schoonheid van de stranden en kustwateren voor toerisme, en de essenti\u00eble visbestanden die bijdragen aan de lokale voedselzekerheid en regionale handel. Daarnaast is lokale wetgeving nodig om ons natuurlijk en cultureel erfgoed te behouden. Als onderdeel van dit project zullen de nodige juridische documenten worden ontwikkeld.
